 The Train Collectors Association functions with a Board of Directors and other officers and employees. It is governed by its Articles of Incorporation and two major documents -- a set of Bylaws and its Rules and Regulations.
The Bylaws are the rules for the government of its members and the regulation of its affairs. The Rules and Regulations provide detailed procedures and requirements for implementing these rules, including a Code of Conduct.
